Spicy Train Jam Trio

Discover our handcrafted fresh fruit jams with the 4 ounce sampler jars featured in the Spicy Train Trio. These spicy-sweet jams make fabulous glazes for poultry, fish, and meats and can be used to top any of your favorite cheeses.

The trio includes a total of (3) 4-oz jars:

Peach Habanero Jam - A pleasing combination of sweet and hot! This jam combines fresh peaches, pure cane sugar and habanero peppers. This jam makes a fabulous glaze for pork tenderloin or chops.

Raspberry Pepper Jam - Fresh raspberries, pure cane sugar and habanero or scotch bonnet peppers combine to make this a surprising and delicious jam!

Jalapeno, Apricot and Wildflower Honey Jam - We use local honey from hives in Geneva, Florida and combine it with three types of peppers, red sweet, jalapeno, and just a touch of habanero along with apricots, apple cider vinegar and pure cane sugar.

All of our jams are made with fresh fruits and vegetables, no corn syrup, pectin, preservatives or colors are added to our products.
